Our goal is to make your ordering process as efficient as possible.

Marula accepts orders that are shipped to locations in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, to locations within the United States.

We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time.  Shipping times apply to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and are subject to change.

Standard Service

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.

  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • Orders to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days.
  • APO/FPO/DPO orders and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date

2-3 Day Service

2-3 Day orders placed by 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, are processed and shipped the same business day, depending on product availability. 2-3 Day orders placed after 3:00 pm EST or on a weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders shipped via 2-3 Day Service are delivered within 3 business days from the order’s ship date.
  • Orders to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2-3 Day Service.
  • Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery of 2-3 Day Service.



We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST Monday through Friday will not be processed until the next business day.  If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.


HAWAII, U.S. TERRITORIES accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands), but some restrictions apply. Priority shipping methods (2-3 Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and Priority shipping methods ( 2-3 Day service) is not available.



We regret that we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
