In this age of easy access to multiple choices it’s understandable that it seems difficult to decode the seemingly complex world of skincare in the new millennium. Yet, Dr. Kaidi says it’s actually quite simple. He states, “Two basics are cleanser and moisturizer. Your cleanser should be gentle enough to use every day, and your moisturizer should ideally include an SPF of 15 or more.” In addition to these two skincare musts, “exfoliate 2-3 times a week, either manually or with an at home AHA product, and add a great anti-oxidant (Marula – The Leakey Collection, of course!) each day.
