Working for a brand that has a specific purpose and affect on people who need it most isn't something you come across too often in the beauty industry.
I have been in the cosmetics industry for over 13 years, and came on board as a consultant for the brand, after my first meeting over lunch with Katy Leakey, co-founder of Marula-The Leakey Collection. I was immediately drawn to the story behind her business and how she ended up living in East Africa. I was so impressed with her dedication to her life's work. She is a kind spirit. Unfortunately, I didn't meet Philip as he was needed in Kenya and could not make the journey.
